Typically scope-dependent. Foundations and concrete are sequenced around site access, design documents, inspections, weather, and cure time. The schedule is confirmed in writing at contract, and you get a written progress update every week.

Rock Creek is engineer-led: owner Philip Blue runs the job on a documented process — an itemized estimate up front, written change orders, and weekly written updates. When structural, concrete, or foundation work is involved, licensed design professionals and stamped engineering are brought in where required.
